What We Do Store

The name and email address associated with your Google Account will be recorded if you submit a photo for the purpose of a quote.  This information is collected by Google LLC, and Prestwick Design.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of text that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.  Prestwick Design never generates Cookies.  However, this website is hosted by Google LLC.  As such, Google LLC may generate Cookies governed by their own Privacy Policy.  

Protection of Information

Prestwick Design may disclose potentially personally-identifying information only to its employees and add-on partners only if:

(a) They need to know that information in order to process a sale on our behalf or to provide services available on our website, and (b) That have agreed not to disclose it to anyone else. 

Some of those employees and add-on partners may be located outside of your home country; by using our services you consent to the transfer of such information to them. 

Prestwick Design will never rent or sell potentially personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees and add-on partners, Prestwick Design discloses potentially personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the IP or rights of Prestwick Design, add-on partners, or the public at large.
